At 26 years old, I found myself negotiating and talking to people with 20+ years experience & I discovered the hardest part of it is NOT the lack of experience on my part, but pulling all that confidence together and talking to the VP or CEO of a large production house. How do you keep your calm and remember your words when one presents you with solid facts? Insecurity can be a kill point.
