Early in December (of 2014), I decided it was time to get my head back in the game and shed off all the weight I gained after my spinal injury... and needless to say, I'm doing great!
In fact, I'm doing so great, that I am halfway to my first milestone... (I have 4 Milestones setup). I'm terribly excited for this summer, I just know it will be a LEAN & MEAN summer.... Let's take a look...
My greatest motivation right now is Fitbit. The weekly challenges constantly keep me on my toes and I'm always pushing my cardio training further.
I feel like I have finally gotten over my scoliosis and excruciating back pain days. I cannot believe that I can walk around the city for hours again and not feel pain. I thought those days were over.
I'm back :)
